February 1, 2024: Mecklenburg Comprehensive Plan review has begun
Another hiatus edition of a newsletter that really hopes to come back for a visit soon
The hiatus continues. The part of my brain that doesn’t write about the Charlottesville area is now thinking about everything between here and Pennsylvania. The fuel I had in the first year and a half is now going elsewhere.
But yet, I know I’m going to end up coming back to this at some point. I don’t know when, but until then I’m going to periodically post links to what other journalists are writing about local government in the 24 localities.
Thank you to the person who pledged a paid subscription after the last post. At this time, I don’t have the bandwidth to turn on that ability and I don’t want to promise a return to what I had been doing. I’ll keep updating you on the status.
This is not an exhaustive list, but just links I find relevant as I clean out my inbox each day. And to make the headline a little more meaningful, here’s a link to the current Comprehensive Plan in Mecklenburg County.
